Como Encomendar / How to Order

Envio da Encomenda / Shipping

Após confirmação do pagamento procede-se ao envio da encomenda. Para evitar extravios, aconselha-se o envio através de correio registado (facultativo).

International Shipping

After confirming the payment, we will ship your order by regular post. To avoid shipping losts you can ask for register mail.

All items shipped within 2 working days after cleared payment. Except items with customer special requests (different dimensions, fabric, colours, etc) which requires "building from scratch" the item.

Shipment time is approximately 7-21 working days from the date of shipment for International orders.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for any duties, taxes, fees or delays that may be assessed by your Government.

IMPORT FEES: The customer is responsible for any fees incurred through customs.

LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once the item is shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase but if not, don’t worry. We will refund you the money minus the shipping costs (forward and back), on the following conditions:

1º Please contact us within one (1) or two (2) days of the
receiving the item and we will work the best way to solve
the problem;

2º Send the item back to us in original, unused condition
within five (5) days and let us know it is on the way back
(with tracking number, mandatory factor). Return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Custom made items are not refundable.
